I was actively involved in yoga including being an instructor for years. A good friend loaned me this book. The Holy Spirit did a work in me through this book. I struggled inwardly for a while but Praise God I am now released from yoga and I repented for my involvement. I now have my own copy to loan out to friends. It’s a new day. Naomi S. from Texas
